8a4ca06b25 Move GameScriptItemInfo to Entities/Moveable. Move ObjectIDs to Entities.
Move MakeReadOnlyTable to ScriptUtil.h and make the ObjID table in Entities.cpp.

Fix some other stuff I missed in other commits.
