Implement copy bypass optimization. (#262)
* Initial work on copy bypass optimization.

* Force depth stencil textures to be transient.

* Get rid of texture copying for shadow maps.

* Move barrier populate function.

* Set viewport/scissor rect explicitly for MSAA depth resolve.
