Jordan Woyak	0816fa2629	Fixed RealXFB being enabled when XFB box is unchecked. Moved some shared code into VideoCommon. Renamed EFBCopyDisable setting to EFBCopy"Enable" in the code and inifile. Fix DX11 settings not loading.
